Your wife, husband or partner died, you have the unimaginable experience of losing a child, or you are anticipating the death of a loved one. You're feeling overwhelmed and alone.
That loneliness can be destructive. A groundbreaking 2025 study revealed that, "those grieving who feel lonely, even with other people are significantly more likely to experience complicated grief." This kind of grief is self-destructive, causing higher rates of addiction, mental health struggles, problems at home, school and at work.
It doesn't have to be this way. That's why we're here.
There are a number of really good local nonprofits who can help (we'll connect you to them), but we also know from experience and the science that you need support from someone like you, someone who is also grieving - that's how you'll learn best how to handle this process constructively, ensuring your that the death of a loved one doesn't mean the death of your dreams.
We're not here to be therapists. We're here to create a forum where you can share your story and connect to others like us - together, we can get through our grief.
